It is know that mosque vector density is very helpful in determining the evaluation of disease threats in an area and can determine whether or not a mosquito nest eradication action is necessary or not. Aedes aegypti larvae density calculation includes several indices : House Indeks (HI), Container indeks (CI), Breteau Indeks (BI).

This type of research is descriptive. This research was conducted in March- Mei 2019. This research in RW 13 Pasir dan Tigo, Koto Tangah Subdistrict, Padang City. Primary data obtained from larvae density surveys and secondary data obtained from relevant government agencies.

The result of the study are House Indeks (HI) number of 44,3%, Container Indeks (CI) number of 21,23%, Breteau Indeks (BI) number of 60,79. If the result are compared with the density figure, the DHF vektor density is in the sixth position which states the number of HI, CI, Be can show high density.

From the result of the study explain that the density of mosquito larvae is related to enviromental hygiene conditions, it is necessary to maintain the cleanliness pfthe environment and close the reservoirs and do not allow stagnant water in containers that can be a source of Aedes aegypti mosquito breeding places.
